LaToya Hill is an Eastern North Carolina native who relocated to the Queen City after high school in 2006. In the past four years, she has transitioned her career from a paralegal working under the demands of a high volume law firm, to a CDL party bus driver, to a fortune 500 company, and finally owning one of the top massage therapy companies in Charlotte (based off of expertise.com annual review). She is certified in sports-related massage modalities that help rehabilitate anyone experiencing pain and limited range of motion. She also has a focus on holistic recovery practices for post-surgical recuperation and breast health for women, as well as men.

     She has been in business since 2018 and already possesses a skillset that has allowed her take on professional athletes across the board. However, she aims to educate the city of Charlotte on wellness through massage related practices and acknowledging the power of posture.

      Her life experiences of not fitting in; being a single mom to her wonderful daughter, Alanna, who is in middle school; not feeling employable after being laid off from Corporate America; seen as an underdog; suffering from mental and emotional abuse in previous relationships… has equipped her to be an inspiration to any and all that seeks the help.

     She has self-named a sub-business TOYA, standing for Take On Your Aspirations, to help bridge the gap for young athletes to connect with her professional network. This will allow them to experience events, training, bodywork, mentoring and a better chance at reaching their dreams for the future.

     All of her aspirations are done through the help of her biggest supporter, her grandmother Betty Hill. Her eagerness to stand out as more than just a massage therapist has led her to different training programs in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Scottsdale, AZ. She has been featured in the May/June 2019 edition of Huami Magazine as well as graced the cover of Huami Magazine in the September/October 2021 edition. She seeks to focus only on improving the quality of a person's life through bodywork, an uplifting conversation, a laugh or two, coaching other therapists, and networking.

     LaToya enjoys listening to music, networking with friends, vacationing, teaching, growing her knowledge of the body, exploring vegan cookbooks, and movie night with her daughter. You will always catch an inviting smile on LaToya’s face and passion in her spirit when conducting conversation about the body and how massage can add value to your life.
