Infrared therapy dates back to ancient civilizations, but its modern application in red light therapy began in the late 20th century. It utilizes specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular regeneration and healing.

Red light infrared therapy has been shown to promote collagen production, reduce inflammation, and improve skin tone and texture. It's also used for pain relief, muscle recovery, and enhancing overall wellness.

Fun Fact

NASA originally developed red light therapy for plant growth experiments in space, but researchers soon discovered its potential for promoting healing in humans as well.
